Project Description

Deutsche Interim is HR company. Their main target to collect as much managers CVs as possible. They outsource their manager to different companies. They work mainly with clients who are coming to German market. They work in many industries like:

Media
Automotive
Information technology
Financial services
Telecommunication
Transportation

Our main goal was to create a website and management tool to manage big amount of CV and clients requests. We had to create API to communicate with Microsoft Dynamics CRM. We had to create many types of feeds for different systems to push client data to other global HR systems.

This project was a startup to so had to build whole documentation and all necessary systems required by our client. After a year of production our client manage 300 CVs per months and hire 400% more people in this team. Company is growing very fast and now is one of the leaders on German market.
