Our client is a company which provide chatbot solutions for their clients. They are working on this market since 2015. They provide different kind of chatbots:

• hello museum
• hello city
• hello story

They are using different ways to communicate with chatbots: facebook, whatsapp and web chatbots. Each of them is separate gateway for the same system on the backend. Client can choose which platform he wants to use. 

Our main goal was to build whole back-end and front-end system. We had build custom system where we can define different types of chatbots and prepare scenarios for them. We have to prepare full integration with Dialogflow and Tyntec. Main back-end solution was made on Laravel and Node.js.
