CrowdLords directly connects Investors and Property Professionals so that more people can benefit from investing in property. The majority of property investments in the UK are funded by relatively few people. They believe that, if they can change the balance and involve more people, then more people could benefit.

At the begging they had simple website with few properties. They didn’t have any managements system and website to generate more traffic for their idea.

Main goals were to build (web development, custom software development):

  1. Website with simple and clean design
  2. Mobile friendly views
  3. SEO optimized
  4. Management panel for investors
  5. Management panel for property owners
  6. Management panel for system owner
  7. Integrate data with ERP tool
  8. Integrate date with Salesforce
  9. Add few payments systems for different markets
  10. Build a workflow for property management
  11. Lock exact amount of money on investors bank accounts

At the beginning the had few properties and no users accounts. After few years business is growing very fast. We lunched view version of their system already. Last two year real estate market is booming for them. They doubled the size of users accounts, investors and property owners.
