Our client is making training for big brands. They mainly work with such industries:

Automotive
Financial Services
Manufacturing
Business Services

They needed a system to create and manage all profiles that they have in their database. They wanted to have a solution which will help them to make individual profiles for all their client’s employees. Main goal was to create SaaS service to gather employee data, analyze it and prepare an individual offer for each person. We created with them special algorithm (using AI and ML) to make best offer for their client. System was prepared for:

Gathering current skills of employee
Gathering employee expectation
Preparing individual online training
Generating employee reports (for client)
Preparing list of skills that employee has to improve or upgrade

We used such technologies:

Drupal 7
PHP 7
Bootstrap
JQuery
CSS 3
HTML5

Now they can offer their system to bigger amount of clients. It’s already in use in Automotive industry and we are preparing this system for other markets. After a month of used they already trained 500 people and amount of user is growing every month. Our plan is to reach 3000 training till the end of 2019.
